Back to Singapore!
We'll be heading home for good middle of March... back to sanity and fishball noodles! While it's been a pretty good run here in the Land of the Rising Sun, all good (snigger) things must come to an end!
So the Fried Sashimi Blog will probably come to an end, but who knows, it might live on in another form.
Anyway, this won't be the last entry, we still have a couple of months here, I'm sure something worth blogging will happen.

Have to admit, kinda guessed due to the last post, just wasn't sure it was going to be a new destination or back to the ole homeland. So I only got really excited (heart skipped a beat) at "fishball noodles" mention.
So...would you consider this to have been a good experience or would you rather have stayed in Sing?
Overall? definitely a positve experience, I would say not many people have the chance of living and working in this xenophobic environment, while it's been a pain, it's also been a life changing experience.
I also think it was really good for Mei and Nicole to get away from Singapore for a while, life there was just routine and 'easy', here one learns to be more resilient and independant, but by no means was this a 'hardship' posting.
Yeah, always good a change even if just to open one's eyes a tad. Plus you guys can now speak Japanese and if I recall correctly, Nicole really took to her school like a fish IN water.
Can't beat fishball noodles, though, especially since you don't eat sashimi...
looking forward to seeing the whole family back here in SGP, mate...
this blog should be renamed fried wan tan soon... good to have u back big guy. all the better to whop u ass on Halo... heh heh
